TRANSLATION SERVICES

ITS Languages provides language services to include the written conversion of a source language into a target language and vice versa. Proofing, editing, and client consultation for product assessment, glossary development, final production layout, and output in the required media format is performed by technically qualified and experienced native-speaking language specialists. Additionally, our team provides comprehensive support services to clients, which include consultation sessions, project management, and deliverables.
INTERPRETATION SERVICES
GSA Special Item # 382-2
ITS Languages provides interpretation services in the simultaneous mode for conference events, seminars, briefings, and court proceedings. Interpretation services in the consecutive mode are provided for interactive encounters such as business meetings, litigation proceedings, depositions, trainings, medical interviews, and immigration interviews.
Interpretation services are performed by professional and experienced interpreters that possess demonstrated language proficiency. Such expertise includes the ability of speaking the language with structural accuracy and ample vocabulary such as that of a highly articulate well-educated native speaker reflecting the cultural standards of the country where the language is natively spoken.
CONFERENCE SERVICES

TRAINING SERVICES

ITS Languages provides a variety of training services, which include design of language training programs for business applications, teach Spanish as a second language, and design workshops for training bilingual individuals to become community language liaisons.
Additionally, ITS Languages offers training to new interpreters on court protocol, policies and practices, conducts yearly interpreter performance evaluations for quality control assurance, verifies language proficiency of potential candidates for specific government bilingual employment, trains future trainers, and teaches cultural diversity in the workplace. Training can be provided on-site as well as in designated locations.
CONSULTING SERVICES

Years of experience conducting business and language services allows ITS Languages to offer guidance to clients that may require assessment in language needs, coordination of special projects, human resources support, and training programs.
As an integral part of our operating procedures we have established guidelines to help perform our job properly, and facilitate consistency in the quality and integrity of our services.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
For large or on-going projects ITS Languages provides overall project management services. This may include feasibility study, project development including budget preparation, project implementation, quality assurance and effectiveness measurements, systematic reporting, and project closure.
QUALITY CONTROL
The ITS Languages team applies years of experience on every job assignment and consulting project. Our staff strongly upholds industry and business Code of Ethics, and stands prepared to respond to each required service with a high level of commitment.
ITS Languages mandates of each associate member to have a Bachelors degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent experience, no less than five years of practice in their area of expertise, and participate in yearly skill-enhancement workshops. Our linguists are professionally licensed and/or certificated; many possess security clearances, and maintain affiliations with organizations in the language industry.
